Terms & Conditions
1. Package Inclusions
1-night stay at Baie Mooar in a standard room (unless otherwise specified).
£35 dining voucher per booking for use at The Square.
Fynoderee Distillery Tour & Tasting at 2:00 pm on a Friday or Saturday (subject to availability).
2. Dining Voucher Conditions
One £35 voucher is issued per booking (not per person).
Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Any spend above £35 must be paid by the guest directly to The Square.
Isle of Man Experiences will make the reservation at The Square, subject to availability. An alternative will be offered if The Square is unavailable.
3. Fynoderee Distillery Experience
Tour Days & Times
The tour takes place at 2:00 pm on Fridays or Saturdays only, subject to availability.
Your confirmed tour time will be shown on your booking documents.
Age Restrictions – One young person (under 18) may accompany a paying adult free of charge.
Under-18s may join the tour but cannot take part in alcohol sampling.
Children under 12 may not be permitted for safety reasons.
4. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Bookings are confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation email has been issued.
All prices are per room unless otherwise stated.
5. Amendments & Cancellations
Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival: A 75% refund will be issued.
Cancellations within 31 days of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.
If the hotel or restaurant cannot provide the booked service due to unforeseen circumstances, a suitable alternative will be offered.
6. Stay Dates & Restrictions
Package valid for stays up to 31 March 2026, excluding:
24 December – 2 January
Additional blackout dates may apply and will be shown at the time of booking.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Any damage, additional charges, or unpaid balances must be settled directly with the hotel or restaurant.
