Isle of Man Highlights Tour
Explore the island’s southern and western highlights on this comprehensive 4.5 hour Isle of Man tour, taking in Castletown, Cregneash, The Sound, Peel and Tynwald Hill in one seamless small group sightseeing experience.
Starting at the Douglas Sea Terminal, travel in comfort with a knowledgeable local driver- guide past the legendary Fairy Bridge to the island’s historic ancient capital of Castletown, where you'll enjoy time to explore its historic square and medieval castle surroundings. From scenic drive-bys through the traditional hamlet of Cregneash and the dramatic landscapes of the Sloc and Dalby, to a brief coastal stop at The Sound overlooking the Calf of Man, this tour captures the absolute best of Manx heritage and scenery. Circuit TT de l'île de Man et visite du musée de l'automobile
La visite du TT Course & Motor Museum est un tour guidé du parcours montagneux complet du TT de 37¾ miles, dirigé par un ancien coureur du TT, combiné à une visite du Musée de l'Automobile de l'Île de Man. L'itinéraire suit Douglas, Glen Vine, Ballacraine, Kirk Michael et Ramsey avant de monter la route de montagne, pour se terminer à la tribune du TT avec un arrêt photo sur le podium des vainqueurs. En chemin, votre guide vous indique les virages célèbres et vous explique les trajectoires que prennent les concurrents à pleine vitesse.
Au milieu du parcours, la visite fait escale au Musée de l'automobile de l'île de Man, qui abrite plus de 500 expositions et permet un accès à l'atelier pour voir les travaux de restauration en cours. Voyager en minibus en petit groupe permet de rendre le séjour plus convivial, et aucune connaissance préalable des sports mécaniques n'est nécessaire — cela convient aussi bien aux passionnés de course qu'à leur famille accompagnante.
